Using the site

The site is here to be read. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to any page on it. What you may not do is attack it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for everyone else, or use it to reach the people behind it in bad faith. Access is free and needs no account, and we may change or withdraw any page at any time.

What belongs to whom

The text, the layout, the photographs and the code of this site are ours, and reproducing a substantial part of them elsewhere needs our agreement. Quoting a passage with a link back does not.

Names and marks that are not ours

The case studies describe work that was delivered, and some carry a client's name or mark, used to identify the project the case study is about. Product and technology names that appear on the site, Godot and Unity among them, belong to their respective owners. None of it implies that anyone sponsors us, endorses us, or is currently working with us.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site current, but it describes work that keeps moving, and something true when it was written may be out of date by the time you read it. Nothing here is a warranty or a promise of a result. The site is provided as it is: we cannot guarantee it will always be reachable, and we are not liable for what follows from it being unavailable, or from a decision taken on the strength of a page.

Contacting us

A message sent through the contact form is not an offer, an engagement or an agreement. It starts a conversation. Price, scope and timing exist only once they are written down and signed; until then neither side owes the other anything.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by French law, and a dispute we cannot settle between us goes to the French courts. If we change them, the new version replaces this one from the day it is published, and the date below changes with it.
